We engage 3rd party delivery providers. 

We do not call clients prior to delivery. 

We do not share contact details of the drivers. 

Whilst we strive to deilver within the stipulated delivery window(s),, unforeseen circumstances e.g. weather/ road conditions / traffic might result in delays. 

Failed deliveries will be subject to return & redelivery fees, next available delivery slot will be assigned.
