The Nitty Gritty

To keep events sweet and simple, we have included simple T&C/the Nitty Gritties that we just need to get out of the way! 

All bookings should be confirmed with deposits made at least 1 month prior to the event date. This allows time for planning, sourcing of materials as well as desserts to be freshly made. Orders are only considered confirmed once we receive the deposit and a confirmation message is sent to you.

We do accept last minute bookings for events that are less than 1 month away. This is subject to availability of requested slots. Please note that a last minute booking surcharge of 25% will apply.

+ Do note that a Public Holiday surcharge of 10% applies for all bookings that fall on a Public Holiday
+ An additional 20.00 is applicable for setups in Sentosa, Changi and Tuas
+After hour surcharge 150.00 applies for all set ups and tear downs before 10am and after 9pm

There is a refundable security deposit of 200$. This will be refunded once all event/décor items are collected/returned in their original condition. Upon set up, you will be required to inspect the set up and décor and acknowledge the condition and amount of items on loan.

Security deposits will be forfeited in event of damages or loss of items.

We will require a confirmation email and a 50% deposit to reserve your event date.

Cash, Nets and Bank transfers are accepted. Please make remaining 50% payment at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

For a full refund of your deposit, reservations must be cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

Our decorations are sourced and customized for each and every set up. We provide balloons, fresh flowers and printed banner backdrops at additional fees. Our main decors include garlands, buntings, tissue pom poms, paper fans, honeycomb balls, tassels, artificial flowers etc.

We can accommodate requests for additional flavours or desserts to our packages. Please let us know your request when you email us and we will get back to you on options and any additional charges that might apply.

All dessert table and deliveries need to be checked and signed off by the person in charge. 25grams will not assume responsibility for any other person’s acts with regards to your cake, or any propery damage or injury that occurs as a result of our services and/or provision of your cake after the sign off.

Cake pick-up: 25grams will not be responsible for any damages incurred once the cake leaves 25grams’ premises

25grams reserves the right to photograph your cake for our own reference, display or promotional advertising without compensation.

Please let us know if your party has any dietary restrictions or allergies when placing your orders.
Please note that we take the utmost care when preparing your bakes. However our bakery handles nuts, flour, dairy and eggs and there might be traces of these ingredients in our products, hence not recommended for people with extreme allergies.

Tiered cakes are set up using cake support dowels. Cakes might also have wires in flower decorations and other figurines. Please remove all cake dowels and other inedible decorative parts before serving the cake.
